The training of church leaders was one of the author’s main areas of contribution to the growth of the church. Being under the burden of the need to have competent pastors for the growing number of House Churches, this book is a compilation of teachings given on how to lead a House Church to nearly 800 leaders in training. We publish these lessons with the heartfelt cry that they will help produce the kind of leaders needed for the Lord’s flock on the eve of His imminent return.
